Katz's Delicatessen was recommended by multiple people/sources, so we'd decided to eat breakfast/brunch here, when we got there we were given a ticket, and told to order our food, we did, handed over our ticket, the "chef" noted down what we had ordered, then gave us the food and the ticket back, then further down the line, the same thing but for drinks.
We were told to keep the ticket and pay when we left, if you lose the ticket you're charged a significantly higher price than what you owed, good food, visit here if you're ever in the area
