the other day I accidentally maneged to scrape the freedom plate of the Jeep and apparently you cannot extend your rental when there is damage to it, furthermore the lady at the enterprise kiosk was beyond unhelpful so we went to Avis and rented this Yukon instead, which has ventilated seats!
