We had to go in for an oil change, we had visited an enterprise location but they would not help us before it hit 5% oil life, and did not even say where we should go, so when we got to 2% we just gave up and paid out of pocket, we found out that jiffy lube does this and you do not need to mark an appointment, just show up and they will take care of you
